The intended victim of an online scam told North Olmsted police that one of the fraudsters threatened to report him to the IRS, FBI, and police unless he returned $10,000 that was supposedly deposited mistakenly into his bank account. An officer at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 25 responded to the Century Federal Credit Union on Lorain Road for a fraud report.
