Františkovy Lázně welcomed Gérard Depardieu in the last week of January. In the Czech Republic, the popular actor, who played Obelix, Cyrano de Bergerac, and the musketeer Porthos, underwent several treatment procedures and met the Czech Cyrano Jaromír Hanzlík. The controversial French personality was given probation by the court last May for sexually assaulting two women during filming in 2021. Depardieu appealed the verdict.
