SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Franklin woman is facing charges following a traffic stop in Scottsville on Monday. According to the Scottsville Police Department, officers initiated a traffic stop around 9 a.m. on a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Brandi Boisseau of Franklin for a traffic-related offense.
