Dr. Humbert, a Dermatologist in Ornans, was summoned this Wednesday by the regional doctor's order to Dijon following three complaints. Among the many grievances that he was accused of was that he had used names to obtain medicines or had his wife, secretary, passed on to his lawyer, who challenged all the facts, claiming that he had been the victim of a "machination" orchestrated by the doctor's order of the Doubs.
