The detailed opinion given by the European Commission on the proposal for a law by MP Laure Miller could have been a serious setback for the government. The text, which aims to prohibit access to social networks for people under 15 years of age, was in fact partially retold by Brussels. Yet, within the office of the Minister of Social Affairs, the text has been partially retrenched by the Ministry of Social Affairs.
