Meeting in the Joint General Assembly on Friday 17 April 2026 in Abidjan, the members of the National Police Planning Fund (FPPN) took a major decision for the future of their institution. At the end of the meeting, the delegates adopted, on an exceptional basis, the extension of the term of office of the elected representatives until 31 August 2028, when it was originally scheduled to expire on 31 August 2026.
