A fourth lawsuit has been filed against a trucker from Ukraine who caused a fatal wreck while answering the phone as he drove earlier this year.  Motorist Horace Bradford Larrimore filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, November 4th for the May crash in Thomasville, Alabama that flipped his pickup truck.
