Fourth Avenue reopens as city prepares for next phase of Kamloops Centre for the Arts construction

KAMLOOPS — Fourth Avenue has reopened between Seymour Street and St. Paul Street as crews have completed shallow utility work related to the Kamloops Centre for the Arts project. The one-block section of Fourth Avenue was closed to traffic on Feb. 2, and according to city estimates, the reopening is on schedule as work was expected to take two weeks.
