Four youths throw glass bottle from car in Leuven: driver (18) drives under the influence and without a license

A car with 4 young people was pulled over at 4am after they threw a glass bottle out of their vehicle. During the check, a strong smell of weed was immediately noticeable. The driver was under the influence and did not have a valid driver's license.
