During the trial for heavy robbery, the boy showed himself to be fully committed on Thursday. However, despite his incapacitated pistol, he was threatened with imprisonment for up to 15 years.
A 23-year-old man was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for aggravated robbery at the Innsbruck Regional Court on Thursday. The Tyrolean was found guilty of robbing a bank branch in Fügen in Tyrol's Zillertal valley on May 7. He had also attempted to rob a financial institution in the Innsbruck-Land district about an hour and a half earlier. The Austrian admitted his guilt both before the trial and in court. The verdict is not yet final.
