Four bears from Romania, as well as orphans at the Zărnești reservation, will be the first from the diaspora of their species. They went to France, where they will live in a theme park. Alexandra, Anita, Chance and Thomas conquered the French who arrived at Zărnești in visit, who wanted to adopt them with all their heart.
On the night of July 30-31, four young brown bears from the Liberation Bear Sanctuary in Romania joined the Animalier Park of Sainte-Croix. Their mother, who had disappeared, could not survive in a wild environment. Currently, during a period of quarantine and acclimatization, they will soon be visible to the public.
The four bears who left the sanctuary of Zarnești arrived well in France! The journey lasted more than 35 hours, while the brothers were closely monitored, fed and hydrated.
