Four minors have been arrested after beating up two men in Leuven, the public prosecutor's office reported. The attack was allegedly homophobic: the boys allegedly lured a 27-year-old man through a dating app to attack him. Shortly beforehand, they also broke the nose and jaw of a 55-year-old man who happened to be passing by. One suspect has been placed in an institution, and the other three are under strict conditions.
