The countdown is over and this afternoon, after having lived a week of pre-fests, Portugalete will dive full into its fiestas of San Roque, celebrations that will take place until next Monday when at midnight will proceed to the traditional burning of the Jarrilla to put the brooch to four days of intense party. That will be the last of the more than a hundred activities programmed by the City of Portugalete for these holidays.
