Four critically injured after car crashes into a Palm Desert rug store

PALM DESERT, Calif. (KESQ) -- Deputies were dispatched to the 73000 block of Highway 111 at Monterey Avenue at 1:48 a.m. on Friday night. Upon arrival, deputies located a single-car crash into El Paseo Design Center. All four passengers of the vehicle were transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
