Found man shot inside car under bridge in Carolina

A man is in a state of care after being shot in the head in events that occurred on Thursday afternoon hours under Route 66 Bridge in Carolina. After a 911 call, officers arrived at the scene and found the victim in the passenger seat of a car that they have not offered a description of. The driver would have fled.
