The Croatian group Fortenova, of which Mercator is a part, and the agricultural company Osatina Grupa have signed an agreement under which Osatina will take over the company Vinka Plus, headquartered in Vinkovci, Fortenova announced today. Fortenova has thus sold its last agricultural company.
