Former Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputy Sentenced to Life Plus 30 Years for Rape, Misconduct

A former deputy with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office has been sentenced to life plus 30 years for multiple counts of rape, sexual offense, misconduct in office, and other charges.

A trainer from Rāmnicu Válica was arrested preventively for 30 days for rape. It is alleged that during 2021–2024, he violated at least 17 times a current. A girl who is now 17 years old filed a complaint to the police.
