A former Watonga police officer will not face charges in a second use of force incident. According to news outlets in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported there was enough on the body camera video of Monty Goodwin’s interaction with an autistic teenager for a possible misdemeanor assault and battery charge, but the district attorney’s office declined to file charges.
