- Hartgrove did not immediately respond, and Gould said, `For the first time in these people's lives, they have a sense of justice and something's being done about it,` said Gould.
- A U.S. Senate report titled `Warehouses of Neglect` found companies including Universal Health Services prioritized filling residential treatment facilities last year while reducing staff, leading to sexual, physical and emotional abuse and inadequate care.
