Forever 21, a U.S. retailer who recently declared bankruptcy, is proposing that lenders who granted him collateralized loans obtain only between 2.36% and 3.01% of their share, according to the reorganization plan. These creditors, who filed claims for $1,090 million, would receive between 94% and 97% of the net income that will be earned in the bankruptcy case, while unsecured lenders, the remaining percentage.
