A ballot on the proposal to alter Liverpool’s Accommodation BID Levy to a £2 per night charge per occupied bedroom/apartment has now concluded that the proposal is approved. As such the charge will come into effect from 1st June 2025 on hotels or serviced accommodation which are subject to the levy (those businesses with a rateable value of £45,000 or above).
