LAKE CITY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Lake City city council gave final approval to an updated curfew on Tuesday as an attempt to reduce underage activity during the late-night hours. The new rules create a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew for children 15 and younger, and an 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew for 16 and 17-year-olds. Lake City has announced changes to juvenile curfews in their area. Mayor Yamekia Robinson discussed the Walmart incident in which a juvenile fired shots at an employee.
