CEO Sune Schnack and the group's CFO are charged in the case of the sale of sanctioned paint in Russia.
Two people have been arrested in Denmark but released after questioning as Danish paint giant Flügger is reportedly under investigation for alleged violations of trade sanctions against Russia. Flügger, which operates six stores in Iceland, denies any wrongdoing and says it left Russia long ago, while a Russian posing as a spokesperson for the company has been selling their paint across the country in recent years.
