PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A Floyd County man has been arrested on a receiving stolen property charge, nearly four years after a box of jewelry was stolen. The victim reported to police that his mother’s jewelry box was stolen from his home, while he was out of town at a funeral back in November of 2021.
