MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Florida man who was arrested last month in connection to child sexual abuse charges involving three victims in Blount County has been extradited to Tennessee. Blount County Jail records state that Giovannie Torres, 30, was booked in Blount County on July 2. He is being held on bonds totaling $2,060,000.
