A Florida man was arrested in Hunterdon County and charged with kidnapping after police discovered he was traveling with a victim from out of state, officials announced on Friday. Police filed criminal complaints against Asad Hasanov, 31, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, who was charged with kidnapping, criminal restraint and tampering with evidence, according to the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office.
