Florence enters a 10-year, $4M contract with Flock Safety for dozens of cameras across the city

The City of Florence signed a contract with Flock Safety in June, agreeing to pay $4 million over 10 years. The agreement enters the city into Flock’s Safe City Subscription.However, the city may cancel the contract at any time without penalty should city council or the police department decide to no longer allocate funds to the program.
