Flashback founder and CEO Jan Axelsson has been acquitted by the Stockholm District Court. He was charged with failing to remove posts containing hate speech from the online forum – but the court does not believe he failed to fulfill his responsibilities sufficiently to convict him.
Flashback founder and CEO Jan Axelsson has been acquitted in the district court for failing to remove posts that contained incitement against an ethnic group. “The court has confirmed that he has acted in accordance with the law,” says Axelsson’s lawyer Nils Hillert.
