Five residents of the Voronovsky district are accused of illegal trafficking in cigarettes and their trans-shipment across the border on meteors, and according to the investigation, between June 2025 and March 2026, they sent tobacco products to Lithuania and Poland.
According to the preliminary investigation, the accused (four of them under 45 years of age and one pensioner) regularly bought boxes of cigarettes (500 packs each) between June 2025 and March 2026.
