At around 3:35 a.m. on the 3rd, a truck and a light passenger vehicle collided at an intersection in Mizuki-dori 1-chome, Hyogo Ward, Kobe City. According to the Kobe City Fire Department and Hyogo Police Station, five people, men and women in their teens and twenties, who were in the light passenger vehicle were taken to the hospital. The driver of the light passenger vehicle is conscious.
