Five Big Country student athletes awarded Ratliff Memorial Scholarship

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Five high school athletes received the athletic scholarship, the David Ratliff Memorial Scholarship, from the Kiwanis Club of Greater Abilene in downtown Abilene.
