The Fitchburg Police & Fire Commission said in a statement that it has appointed Scott Sarver to the job effective May 30.

New Southlake Fire Chief Appointed

Southlake officially has a new fire chief. Shannon Langford was confirmed by the City Council on April 15 and will begin his role on May 5. He brings more than 32 years of experience in fire and emergency medical services to Southlake.
