Poached 1000 Kilos of Eel – May Be Prosecuted

A fisherman in Sölvesborg who pulled up 1,000 kilos of eel too much risks prosecution, reports Sveriges Radio P 4 Blekinge.

Despite the ban on eel fishing, recreational fishermen still try to catch eels, but the fisheries control has managed to catch many illegal eels.
