Firstsource announces leadership changes to accelerate growth across Healthcare Payer and Provider businesses

On Dec. 15, 2025, Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company , announced Matthew Barlow and Scott Schrader as heads of its North America Healthcare payer and provider businesses.
Firstsource said healthcare is a core growth pillar requiring an AI-, data- and digital platforms-based model, and payers and providers face distinct pressures needing tailored leadership.
In their new roles, both will lead strategy, growth and client success for the Healthcare Payer and Healthcare Provider portfolios, with Matthew Barlow bringing experience from RevenueMed, Access Healthcare Services and Change Healthcare, and Scott Schrader joining from Pendrick Capital Partners and Avasant.
Venkatgiri Vandali is stepping down to pursue entrepreneurial ambitions and will hand over client relationships over the coming months, while Barlow and Schrader join the Firstsource global leadership team reporting to the Managing Director and CEO to expand AI-driven solutions for health plans, hospitals and providers.
With over 1,000 hospitals and 30,000 providers, Firstsource says its two-leader model and UnBPO approach will sharpen responsiveness and enable technology-enabled, domain-led solutions.
