Seven-Eleven Okinawa (Naha City, President Kenji Kunabe) recently collaborated with six organizations, including bread and sweets manufacturers, to develop bread and pudding using locally produced milk. The aim is to increase consumption by using surplus locally produced milk during the summer vacation period. School lunches account for 30-40% of the dairy production in the prefecture.
