First cancellation mark affixed on postage stamps commemorating Sukhani martyrs

Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Devraj Ghimire, affixed the first cancellation mark on postage stamps featuring the images of the martyrs of Sukhani Movement in Jhapa.
