Flash Flooding Closes Nearly 30 Charleston Roads

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, AUG 11 – Up to four inches of rain fell in hours, stranding vehicles and forcing emergency medical services to modify operations amid ongoing flash flood warnings, officials said.
