Prime Minister Luís Montenegro visited Parliament on Wednesday 27 August to discuss the coordination of firefighting, but also to answer questions from opposition party leaders who unanimously criticized his action, including economic interests and sectors that benefit from the flames.
This Thursday, the parties return to Parliament for an extraordinary debate on fires, but the time of the fires is far from over, but the main opposition political parties are seeking to mark the return of holidays with Commission proposals.
