Firefighting runoff enters South Thompson River after Kamloops recycling plant fire

Provincial officials say some firefighting runoff entered the South Thompson River after a fire at a Kamloops recycling plant. Emergency Management and Climate Readiness said the fire happened on the evening of Sept. 2 at Emterra Environmental Ltd. in Kamloops.
