Dramatic scenes unfolded on Thursday evening, August 14th, on Krańcowa Street in Poznań. A fire broke out in a five-story apartment building, engulfing the attic. Firefighters fought heroically at the scene, and residents had to be urgently evacuated. Dozens of people fled their apartments in panic.
The attic of a building on Krańcowa Street in Poznań is on fire. Twenty-three fire crews are currently battling the blaze. Junior Asp. Marcin Tecław of the city fire department emphasized that the flames are difficult to control due to the wooden roof structure. Three officers were injured in the incident. Eighty-three residents had previously been evacuated from the building.
