Fire chief's exit clears way for rival Maine mill towns to share a leader

Millinocket and East Millinocket will share a fire chief starting in September in the latest example of increasing cooperation between the former mill towns. The two towns will share East Millinocket’s longtime Chief Kevin McAdam for at least nine months.
