Massive Fire Breaks Out in Apartment at Ivy County in Noida's Sector 75, Fire Tenders Rushed
Police and fire teams evacuated the 28-storey building as smoke spread from a 12th-floor flat, officials said.
A fire broke out on Friday morning at the Ivy County society in Sector 75, Noida, with flames erupting from a 12th-floor flat in the 28-storey building and spreading rapidly, producing thick black smoke visible from nearby areas.
Residents fled the building using staircases when the fire broke out, while occupants of neighbouring flats were relocated to a safe area as a precaution by authorities.
Police and Fire department teams reached the spot after receiving information and launched efforts to bring the blaze under control, ensuring the entire building remained evacuated.
Officials confirmed no casualties or injuries have been reported so far, though the cause of the fire remains under investigation and the building stays under monitoring.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow took cognisance of the incident and directed officials to reach the spot immediately and ensure continuous monitoring of relief efforts.
