Fire at Tyrolean timber company triggers major operation

A fire at a wood processing company in Kundl, Tyrol (Kufstein district), triggered a major firefighting operation on Monday afternoon. The fire broke out in the area of a drying facility, according to police. Ultimately, 71 firefighters managed to extinguish the flames. The cause of the fire was initially unclear and is under investigation.
