Finnish President Alexander Stubb did not rule out that Europe would have to open channels of political dialogue with Russia.
The President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, said that it was inevitable to resume political dialogue between the European Union and Russia, and he spoke to experts at a London think tank and said that negotiations should be conducted on behalf of the entire EU and not of individual countries in order to preserve the unity of positions of the European bloc.
