The emergency plans submitted by Zurich Kantonalbank and Raiffeisen in 2024 have received the Finma's place. However, the Postfinance's contingency plan is also taxed as non-implementable during this year's review. After all, the Authority is pleased with the stabilisation plans of all four domestic-oriented system-relevant banks.
The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has concluded that the emergency plan submitted by PostFinance "remains unenforceable" following its annual assessment. The verdict on UBS's crisis plan will be announced later this fall.
