Dutch F-35 Lightning II fighters and Finnish F/A-18 Hornets roared down a closed section of freeway in central Finland on Tuesday, rehearsing rapid “touch-and-go” landings designed to keep NATO air power alive if Russian missiles knock out regular bases.
