MP for Motorists Filip Turek had a traffic accident in Prague near the I. P. Pavlova station shortly after noon. According to initial information, his car collided with an ambulance. It ended up on its roof on the tram tracks. The police are now investigating the matter.
MP Filip Turk's car was captured on security cameras in central Prague on Monday just moments before the accident. The footage, which has since spread on social media, shows his Mercedes G-Class overtaking a convoy of vehicles in a turning lane. Shortly afterwards, he collides with an ambulance at an intersection with its hazard lights and sirens on. The ambulance ended up upside down on its roof after the impact.
The collision between MP Filip Turk and an ambulance on Prague's Ječná Street has sparked debate. At this point, no one outside knows for sure whether the blood truck was flashing its lights at all or whether its siren was on at the fatal moment.
