In the case of misappropriation of public funds of the National Assembly, subornation of witnesses and concealment, the deputy Marie-France Lorho (RN) and the mayor of Orange Yann Bompard (Ligue du Sud) each received 18 months of suspended imprisonment, 5 years of ineligibility with provisional execution.
