In Kyiv, a scheme for deferrals was exposed - a member of the VLK appears, a quarter of a million in currency was found. A neurologist and two accomplices issued fictitious disability groups to healthy people for 6-10 thousand dollars. Law enforcement officers documented more than 50 clients and conducted 36 searches.
During the searches, more than 300,000 dollars, 18,000 euros and 388,000 hryvnias, 24 mobile phones, computer equipment, medical records and raw records were seized.
The suspicion of a neurologist of one of the municipal medical institutions of the capital and two of his accomplices, who for money helped healthy people to register disability, was reported. The cost of the “service” ranged from $6,000 to $10,000.
