The former head of digital transformation at the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), Karl Malenfant, is turning to the courts to seek the “overturning” of the Gallant Commission’s report and its recommendations regarding the SAAQclic fiasco.
Declaring "determining errors" that have "damaged" the Gallant commission, the architect of SAAQclick, Karl Malenfant, turns to the courts, his last resort, to demand the cancellation of his final report outright.
